Compensation includes:
- Base salary: $140,000 – $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience, clinical aptitude, and long-term fit
- Production-based incentive compensation with meaningful upside as clinical confidence and case management responsibilities grow

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school
Eligible for or currently holding a California veterinary license
DEA license (or ability to obtain upon hire)
