Summary: The ASPCA Animal Hospital (AAH) provides care for animals whose owners are experiencing financial challenges and could not otherwise afford medical care for their cats and dogs. Additionally, we provide life-saving care for animal victims of cruelty and neglect who come to us through our internal partners (Adoption Center, Kitten Nursery, Community Medicine, and Community Engagement teams) and through our external partners (New York Police Department and other NYC organizations).  The AAH Internship Program provides excellent practical experience with a high caseload and strong mentorship from veterinarians who have dedicated their careers to this life changing work.
