East Hill Veterinary Clinic, a privately owned and long-established small animal practice in beautiful Mendocino County, Northern California, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our close-knit team. We operate out of a spacious, modern 4,800 sq. ft. facility and are proud to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative and relaxed environment.

What We Offer:

• Salary: $130,000 base + $6,000 medical/dental stipend
• Benefits: 4% 401(k) match, generous CE allowance, one month PTO, pet care discount (cost + 10%)
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, no weekends or after-hours emergencies

We are currently a 2.5 DVM practice with an incredibly dedicated, long-tenured team—including two RVTs, multiple assistants and receptionists, a cleaning staff member, and a stellar practice manager. Our workflow is efficient, and staff are cross-trained to ensure coverage and breaks.

Facilities & Equipment:
Our clinic is thoughtfully designed for comfort and efficiency, with four exam rooms, two surgical suites, and a large open treatment area with four tables. We’re fully equipped with:

• Digital radiology and dental radiology
• Diagnostic ultrasound with remote support
• Endoscopy (rigid and flexible)
• Full in-house lab with digital cytology
• TonoVet, ECG, Dopplers, HotDog warmers, IV fluid warmers
• Sedation protocols for anxious patients
• Cornerstone software and a paper-light system
• Onsite grooming salon and a full pharmacy (in-house and online)

We take pride in offering high-quality general practice care and shelter medicine. One dedicated day each week is reserved for surgeries for our local no-kill shelter, in addition to a client elective surgery day.
