In coordination with the VTM will oversee the management and training of the assigned veterinary care technicians. Conducts interviews and provide input for hiring applicants. Will ensure area schedules are maintained, purchase equipment and supplies and ensure services are billed appropriately and timely. Responsible for the direct supervision of assigned staff. Schedules and coordinates all aspects of veterinary care technician staff. Performs periodic performance evaluations along with the VTM. Assists in implementing operating policies and procedures approved by the clinical veterinarians and/or Clinical Team. Assists in the development and implementation of support training for new hires and existing staff. Will be required to keep up to date on SOP’s in Policy Manger. Will be resp
