VCA Cazenovia Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our tenured DVM team in Cazenovia, New York.

We are a general practice performing both preventive and wellness care, along with soft tissue surgery and dentistry. We have knowledgeable and well-trained licensed technicians and veterinary assistants to support our doctors. We also have in-house and reference laboratories, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, and laser therapy. A nearby comprehensive 24-hour emergency hospital attends our after-hour emergencies, allowing our doctors the personal time they need for a positive work-life balance. Cornell Veterinary College is a 45-minute drive and a variety of local veterinary specialists provides referral options for the most progressive treatment of our patients.
Currently the hospital is open Monday through Thursday, 8 AM -4 PM. Associates work 4 days with one day off during the week. We utilize the local emergency centers for afterhours/weekend emergencies.
Located in the lakeside community of Cazenovia, voted #2 in America’s Coolest Small Towns, there is a variety of local activities for outdoor enthusiasts, history buffs, or sports fans. Centrally located to the Finger Lakes, the Adirondacks, and the Catskills. Even NY City is only a short 4 hours’ drive, providing a variety of activities.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $90K - $120K. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
