Pendleton Veterinary Clinic is part of the Lakefield Veterinary Group—a family-owned company that offers support and resources to hospital teams while empowering them to make decisions about how they practice medicine and show up for their communities. Pendleton Veterinary Clinic is looking to welcome a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) veterinarian to our team! Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
About us:
Pendleton Veterinary Clinic was founded in 1947 by a local veterinarian, Dr. Russel Whitford. It was the first veterinary clinic in the area and, at that time, was a mixed animal practice. There were 3 doctors and it wasn’t uncommon for them to fly to do their farm calls as they saw patients from Umatilla to Harney County. The clinic has evolved since that time and is now strictly small animal with some exotics and birds. As the years went on our practice outgrew our existing location at 1901 SW Court. Plans were made to expand in a new location and after two years of planning and building, we were able to move into our new clinic at 625 SW Emigrant Ave. Our current facility allows us to better serve our clients and community and offer an expanded range of services.
We offer small animal medicine and surgery, advanced orthopedics, dentistry, digital radiology, boarding, and 24-hour emergency service. We are also the veterinary clinic for Blue Mountain Wildlife and treat different wild birds and raptors in the hope of rehabilitation and release back into the wild.
Our hospital facility includes surgery rooms, digital x-ray facilities, a supervised treatment area, a small animal pharmacy, and boarding facilities. We also provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories.
Pendleton Veterinary Clinic strives to provide the highest quality veterinary care and customer service for you and all of your pets' needs. Learn more about us here: https://pendletonveterinaryclinic.com/
