Managing Veterinarian: East Brook Animal Hospital
East Brook Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced full-time Veterinarian to join our hospital’s team as a Managing Veterinarian! As the Managing Veterinarian you would oversee and guide all medical and regulatory compliance in the hospital, lead and collaborate with the associate veterinarians, foster open communication and relationships, and closely partner with the Hospital manager regarding financial performance, general operations, and relations of the hospital.
East Brook Animal Hospital has been a well-established small animal practice for over 55 years. We are a currently a 4 doctor practice (and growing!) with a reputation for excellence in veterinary care. We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive and thorough veterinary medicine, surgery, and dentistry consistent with the highest standard of care. We have excellent referral hospitals that we rely on for cases requiring extended care and more complex diagnostics. Our staff is a great mix of talent and skill - we currently have several tenured technicians as well as a dedicated CSR team. We have in-house ultrasound capability, blood chemistry analyzers, IDEXX DR-30 radiology with Pacs imaging, as well as superior anesthesia monitoring capabilities including multi parameter patient monitors.
The practice is located in the historic town of Mansfield Center, CT - we are minutes away from The University of Connecticut, proximity to Boston, a short drive to NYC, and quick drive to the coast! Our hospital supports a diverse community rich in culture and history, and an excellent school system. Enthusiasts also boast about the beautiful nature preserves, hiking trails, greenspace, bodies of water that are all perfect for outdoor activities, or simply admiring the beauty of each season!
