Progressive Veterinary Services in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is looking to add another veterinarian to our team! Our practice currently consists of 2 full-time DVMs, 2 certified veterinary technicians, and 6 veterinary assistants. Our doctors utilize our CVTs and assistants for technician appointments, surgery/anesthesia monitoring, client communications, lab analysis, and more ensuring they are never without a hand and always able to manage their time as needed. We see dogs, cats, and the occasional pocket pet from an expansive long-term client base!
We welcome DVMs of all experience levels, including new or recent graduates! Our doctors are compassionate, ambitious, and hardworking, which make them all great mentors. For those with an interest in surgery, we have a strong surgical caseload consisting of soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, GI surgery, cystotomies, and many dental procedures. Our DVMs typically enjoy four-day work weeks and have no on call or weekend responsibilities!
About the area: Wisconsin Rapids is located in the heart of the state, right off of the Wisconsin River. We are home to some of the largest cranberry marshes in the country! The Cranberry Highway winds through scenic woodlands that consist of miles of bicycle, hiking, ATV, and snowmobile trails. The area is also home to all kinds of family friendly events, restaurants, shops, arts, history, and more. Here, there is something for everyone!
