The Practice
We are a veterinary practice in New York City that is focused exclusively on general practice dentistry for our patients - COHATs, dental radiography, extractions, and full-mouth extractions when indicated. Our space is designed for patient and client comfort with state-of-the-art equipment for safe and complete general practice dentistry and anesthesia. We require appropriate pre-op work-ups (bloodwork +/- imaging) for all patients, and have full anesthetic monitoring throughout the procedure. We refer out to boarded veterinary dentists and/or specialty hospitals when needed if more advanced care is required.
It is important you have the appropriate tools and technology, both to provide excellent veterinary care and to have an enjoyable work environment day-to-day. Our space has:
Dental x-ray and Midmark dental units
Multiparameter monitoring units for full monitoring during anesthesia/procedures
Idexx reference lab; in-house lab machines available
Nearby specialty hospitals for referrals, emergencies and consultations when needed
Cloud-based electronic medical records (EzyVet) -- so you can efficiently review and type up notes but also access records/schedule from anywhere
