Montecito Veterinary Centerin Santa Rosa, CA is looking for a new or experienced Associate Veterinarian with a passion for Small Animals & Exotics to join our team full-time!
Montecito has been part of the Sonoma County community since 1967. We are a full-service hospital providing care to dogs, cats, birds, and exotics! We are happy to consider a new graduate who is ready to hit the ground running! Our hospital is well-equipped with in-house labs, digital radiology, cold laser therapy, and dental radiology. We are also proud to offer Penn Hip exams & certification submissions. At Montecito, we have a well-trained support staff and a varied caseload.
Our ideal candidate will enjoy working with our clients, as much as our patients, and will be able to work independently. Interest in exotics is preferred but not mandatory. We offer a flexible schedule & all our doctors participate in our weekend rotations so that everyone has a chance to enjoy their time off exploring Santa Rosa & surrounding communities.
Santa Rosa is at the northwestern gateway to the Sonoma and Napa Valleys. Many wineries and vineyards are nearby, as well as the Russian River resort area, the Sonoma Coast along the Pacific Ocean, Jack London State Historic Park, and the redwood trees of Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve. Downtown Santa Rosa is an area of shopping, restaurants, nightclubs, and theaters. The city is only an hour north of San Francisco.
