Central Veterinary Associates in Valley Stream, NY is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited practice!
What We Offer:
- $75k sign-on bonus
- Flexible schedule: 3, 4, or 5 day work week
- $150k - $225k salary depending on work schedule and experience

- Modern building with four exam rooms, fully equipped treatment area and ICU, surgical suite and five wards including isolation
- Fully AAHA-accredited
- Emergency care, surgery, advanced diagnostics and treatment services, pain management, dentistry, boarding
- Digital radiography (including dental radiography), ultrasonography, electrocardiography, endoscopy
- In-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry, hematology, serology and urinalysis on an emergency basis; Antech laboratories with multiple daily pick-ups used for specialized diagnostics and consultations
- Fully stocked in-house pharmacy
- Impromed Infinity Software
Skills and Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in New York
- Works collaboratively with hospital team members
- Makes decisions confidently and effectively
- Manages time and tasks appropriately
- Models a professional and kind manner with staff and clients
