3:1 Tech to Dr. ratio
Strong mentorship for new grads or those in transition – Dr. Olsen is an amazing mentor, and we have a 2-tiered, custom mentorship program
Varied surgeries – no boring days here – we do things like enterotomy/gastrotomy, splenectomy, liver lobectomy, cystotomy, pyometra, amputations, tumor removals, c-sections, etc.
Latest equipment – if we don’t have something you want, let’s talk about it

10-ish% pocket pets and exotics (not required for you, or you expand exotics)

Compensation That Values You
Above market base salary depending on experience, and huge production potential.
$75,000 combined sign-on & retention bonuses.

Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program.
