West End Animal Wellness Center, a CareVet Partner located in Atlanta, Georgia, is currently seeking an experienced Veterinarian to lead our practice as Medical Director. This position offers $100K minimum base salary, additional Medical Director compensation, generous signing bonus, work/life balance, no upfront non-compete and more!
About the Position The ideal candidate is someone who values community and diversity and is passionate about people and pets! This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinarian with a desire to lead our practice. The incoming Veterinarian will be responsible for overseeing all professional services, implementing veterinary and patient care policies and procedures, licenses, and related matters, and will ultimately serve as “Veterinarian in charge.” Interest in exotics is a plus, but not a requirement!
About the Team The veterinary team at West End Animal Wellness Center has dedicated their lives to caring for animals of all shapes, sizes and ages in order to ensure the continued health and happiness of our patients.Our staff consists of highly knowledgeable and specialized team members including our lead Veterinarian and team of Veterinary Technicians, Assistants, Receptionists and Hospital Manager.
About the Hospital Our practice has 4 exam rooms with two wet tables for treatment, large dedicated-surgery suite and a large doctor’s office. Equipment includes digital x-ray, mobile ultrasound, on-site laboratory and pharmacy, and we just got our new digital ear camera!
