Peotone Animal Hospital is looking for an ambitious Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established practice situated south of the Chicago suburbs in Peotone, Illinois. This hospital has been part of the community for over 60 years, consisting of 90% small animal and 10% food animal/equine. Our valuable team includes four certified veterinary technicians who help support our four doctors.

We are looking for a full time Associate DVM whose responsibilities will be for small animal medicine and surgery. We are looking for a personable, client-oriented, and a strong team player. Four day work week and every other Saturday. Experienced Veterinarians and New Graduates are welcome!

For new graduates of the classes of 2021 and 2022, this position will be included in the NVA Illinois Mentorship Program. In this program, our ADVMs will have access to:

• One on one surgical and medical support from Dr. Sandra Faeh, current VP of AVMA, an NVA practice owner, and Illinois Mentor
• Suite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life
• Cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Illinois with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement, regardless of current clinic worked in

• Idexx portable rectal ultrasound

• A complete Idexx CBC and blood chemistry station
