Act as a senior leader to an established Emergency and Critical Care team who is also expanding into the multispecialty environment! Come and be part of a brand new 33,000 square foot, two story state-of-the-art hospital at Arizona Regional Intensive Care, Specialty and Emergency located in beautiful Queen Creek, AZ. Our Emergency & Critical Care hospital offers three sister sites and serves the fast-growing Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, and Buckeye areas of Northwest Phoenix. Although we are and established group this is a new hospital, and the Medical Director has opportunities for autonomy and creation.

We are looking for a Medical Director to partner with the Hospital Director to cultivate a supportive and collaborative team environment, ensuring we are delivering the highest quality care.
In addition, the Medical Director will partner with the Hospital Director to create a strong culture focused on innovation and continuous learning, as well as achieving our financial and operational objectives. We are passionate about servant leadership, leadership/communication training, culture building, having fun, providing autonomy, nurse/support staff retention, nurse/support staff growth paths, relationships with referring veterinarians and providing education and outreach.
The Medical Director will partner with the Hospital Director to participate in recruiting and interviewing Doctors and managing their performance. The Medical Director will provide oversight and direction of medical standards and quality of care, while ensuring all clients and patients are treated with exceptional compassion.

The Area
Located about 48 minutes southeast of downtown Phoenix, Queen Creek was established as a humble agricultural community. Since incorporating on September 5, 1989, Queen Creek has blossomed as a rapidly growing, modern city that offers a high quality of living in the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert.
Queen Creek borders just north of the San Tan Mountain Regional Park, a 10,200-acre park. Queen Creek also has several parks and trails waiting to be explored such as Desert Mountain Park, Founder's Park that includes a splash pad, Mansel Carter Oasis Park that includes a 5-acre fishing lake and a shipwrecked-themed splash pad, a Pocket Park for Pups and the Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre.
Queen Creek is most famous for its Schnepf Farms, where guests fall in love with the farm life as they see how it is to maintain a farm. This farm is family owned and operated 4th generation farm known for their fall pumpkin festival and their UPICK peaches. They are the largest organic peach grower in Arizona. Besides their UPICK gardens and orchards the have hayrides, a farmhouse museum, gift shops, tours, cooking classes, farm classes and more.
