PSLF eligible position at 501(c)3 veterinary clinic

36 hours per week, no on call, 2 weeks paid vacation annually

$3500 CE allowance

$10,000 sign on bonus

Leave corporate or private practice and join our clinic that is owned by Pickens Animal Rescue! Our rescue provides much needed care to animals in Pickens County and operates based on profits from our clinic and private donations.

Pickens Animal Rescue Veterinary Hospital gives you the best of shelter medicine and private practice. Our rescue work is incredibly rewarding and our clinic is also open to the public. We have a brand new dentistry machine, in house diagnostic laboratory (Idexx Hematology, Catalyst, and Sedivue), digital radiographs and computerized records. 

Our caseload is a good mix of routine care, soft tissue surgery, sick/ER, and dentistry. We would love to support your interests and professional development. 

Our clinic is open 6 days a week and the doctor schedule is flexible based on your needs. Our clinic is open M-F 9A to 6P and Saturday 9A to 5P. 

We are in the mountains with plenty of outdoor activities, hiking, kayaking, fishing and lounging. Our little town is 45 minutes from Atlanta and 45 minutes from Chattanooga. Our clinic is open and inclusive to all, except for bad attitudes!
