What is an Urgent Care Veterinarian? The role would focus on the treatment of medical conditions which are serious and acute but are not life-threatening. These are issues that need attention but may not require hospitalization.

Someone who may be burned out on emergency practice but not ready to go back to daily practice. Riverview Animal Clinic is an independently owned practice that is focused on patient-centered progressive care. We pride ourselves on practicing the highest standards of care for our patients. We are a fully equipped small animal hospital in Birmingham Alabama. We have in-house labs, in-house cytology, ultrasound, endoscope, on-site Oxygen generator, and radiograph consult services. We have a mix of LVT's and seasoned vet assistants to help you provide the best care to the patients that we see.
