The Details:
If you are looking for a fun place to learn and practice advance medicine, with knowledgeable support staff, a great city to live in, excellent pay, a 4-day work week with rotating 3-day weekends with a flexible schedule and no emergency after hours calls... Look no more, we have the job for you! We are a 4 doctor, well established, AAHA certified, small animal and exotics, stand-alone, privately-owned practice in North Fort Worth, Texas.
We have advanced diagnostic equipment including fluoroscopy and CT 3-D graphic scanning, ultrasonography, radiology to include digital standard and dental imaging. We have both flexible and rigid endoscopy. Advanced treatment and surgical equipment including a regulated temperature and oxygen therapy ICU unit, a defibrillator, therapeutic and surgical lasers, an underwater treadmill system, laparoscopy, and an electrosurgical vascular unit (miseal) device. We have a large array of in-house laboratory diagnostic capabilities to include complete blood profiles, chemistry panels, coagulation panels, endocrine screening, drug monitoring levels, urinalysis and culture plating and sensitivity screenings.
We offer advanced therapies including laparoscopic assisted OVE's and gastropexies, laparoscopic cystotomies and biopsies, dentistry with endodontic care, reproductive medicine including semen freezing and banking, in house progesterone timing, TCI or surgical implantation, laser, cryosurgery, micro needling with PRP therapy, acupuncture and stem cell therapy.
We have several mobile, board-certified specialists available that come to our facility for both patient and DVM consultations and treatments including a boarded surgeon skilled in advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, a boarded neurologist, a boarded ophthalmologist, a boarded internal medicine specialist skilled in case consultations and ultrasound and a boarded radiologist for advanced imaging.
We offer paid: vacation time, CE, professional licensing, liability insurance, contributions for medical and dental insurance, student loan contributions, industry discounts and more. We offer a higher than average salary based on your experience. Relocation assistance negotiable. While the compensation for this position is finally dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications, the approximate salary range for this position is $95,000/year to $180,000/year.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to apply clinical skills with both exam room preventative patient care and sick patient diagnostics and treatments. Mentorship with a coaching program is available for your success. We have regular doctors meetings with case rounding. We do have on call, experienced technicians for 24 hour patient monitoring and care. We offer a high staff per DVM ratio (8:1).
