The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for interaction with referring physicians, radiology team, and technical support team. Clinical Liaison will also be responsible for troubleshooting, clinical support, and monitoring case submissions. Furthermore, the Clinical Liaison will be answering clinical questions about submissions and monitoring internal software processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
Client relations and client support/satisfaction
Liaison between radiologists and veterinary clients - taking incoming calls/emails for report questions, answering questions if possible, or relaying questions to radiologist as needed
Technical/troubleshooting external: calls with clients
Technical/troubleshooting internal: working with technical support and other team members
Working to resolve issues with reports or case submissions-example: incorrect images, corrupted images, missing images
Troubleshooting with radiologists (and veterinary clients as needed) regarding case submissions - example: history, patient info, image count, views, image quality
Assistance with coordinating radiologist schedule/coverage
Monitoring case turnaround times/caseload coverage
Monitoring radiology team productivity
Certified Veterinary technician Certification (LVT, RVT, RTR) minimum 3-5 years of experience
Knowledge of anatomy, diagnostic imaging, veterinary medical terminology
Ideal candidate will be willing to train to acquire extensive knowledge of the workflow and functions within the company’s portal
Knowledge and ability to resolve common technical issues encountered by clients and radiology team
Technical knowledge/computer savvy
Ability to problem solve and willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
Open to a dynamic work environment
Telecommuting is allowed.
