Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care is looking for an experienced manager to join our team!

This person would be responsible for managing our Outpatient Department and leading and motivating a team to ensure they're giving the best patient care and client service possible. 

People Management:

• Help plan staffing levels.
• Provide oversight and direction to the staff.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff.
• Maintain transparent communication with staff. 

Operations Management:

• Manage the overall operational responsibilities of the department.
• Plan and implement systems for delivering outpatient services.
• Support quality patient care.
