We are looking for a Full Time Veterinary Associate at our busy small animal hospital (would consider the right part-time applicant).  Experience is greatly appreciated; however we enjoy sharing what we know and would consider a newer graduate looking for a position they can grow in with mentoring.

Kirby Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned small animal hospital.  We offer a full range of medicine and surgery services and as well as extensive Canine Reproduction services (including advanced breeding assistance and semen freezing).  Experience in reproduction is not required although an interest in gaining experience would be appreciated!  Our practice is located close to both the University of Connecticut and Eastern Connecticut State University in Mansfield Center, CT.

We are looking for a strong team player who is compassionate and collaborative.  We are a highly team-based practice and have excellent support staff (including CVT's) working with our doctors.   We enjoy strong relationships with our clients and provide quality medicine that focuses on both the patient and the client.  We strive for strong client communication and education.
