Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic is a 2.5 doctor practice, with state-of-the art equipment including; digital dental x-rays, HD digital radiology, cold laser therapy, surgical CO2 laser, Idexx lab diagnostics, CVT staffing, and after hours emergency coverage with local emergency specialty clinics. We are a fast paced environment with excellent support staffing who use a team oriented approach. Fear free and reduced stress methods are used here.
Compensation is by ProSal, with a guaranteed base salary of 65-85K depending on experience. Great benefits include health insurance, CE and dues allowance, and PTO. We are a Drug Free Environment. Colorado State License, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. The candidate will be required to perform surgery (including dental), diagnose and manage both acute and chronic cases, comprehensive exams, and thorough wellness exams. The candidate will also be expected to communicate effectively with staff regarding requested diagnostics, and appropriate guidance of patient workups, as well as wellness needs. We are primarily a small animal clinic with approximately 60% dogs, 38% cats, as well as a small number of exotics such as rabbits, ferrets, pocket pets, and lizards. The candidate will work approximately 4 to 5 days weekly, including some Saturdays. DEA license is also required.
