About Pathway Vet Alliance
Pathways to Community Inc. (PTC) was founded on the Core Values and Vision, that through Relationships, Service, and Support – we can make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve every day!
James Kruse, founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PTC, recognized the importance of relationship-centered supports within the developmental disabilities service field. It was from this principle that the PTC structure and core value system was built. PTC continues to foster a service-oriented environment that promotes independence, growth, and happiness. In order to ensure each individual has every opportunity for success, we have developed what we call the “Path to Success,” a cultural corner stone designed to produce investment and initiate the building of relationships for future stability and growth.
From our person centered approach to our high employee standards, we function out of intentionality so that those we serve receive the highest standard of care.
