About Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons - ARF
The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF) was founded in 1974. Located on a 22-acre campus in Wainscott, New York, ARF actively rescues and adopts more than 1,500 homeless cats and dogs annually. We are committed to providing comprehensive medical care to every animal we rescue, and we annually make capital improvements to our facility, including a renovated surgery suite in 2017.
In addition to rescue work, ARF has an important TNR program (OpCat). in 2015 OpCat performed more than 2,500 surgeries on community cats in Suffolk County.
