We are currently searching for an Assistant Practice Manager for our Ellicott City location. This full-time position requires a solid foundation in Quickbooks, experience with accounts payable and vendor management, payroll processing, human resources and employee management. This role is a key component of our Management team which consists of the practice owners, Chief Operating Officer, Assistant Practice Manager for Frederick, Technician Supervisor and Client Service Manager. Our team approach provides a cohesive environment for our staff and a consistent experience for our clients.

2-3 years experience in a management role, veterinary preferred but not required, salary commensurate with experience. Quickbooks proficiency, experience with ADP payroll systems and eVet Practice or EzyVet software preferred.
